Monitor and analyze assigned learners’ engagement levels, competency growth, mood data, and flow states and develop individual learner profiles.
Advise learning pathway designers and learning naturalists as they develop learning pathways and assessments meant to facilitate and reflect peak learning and to stretch learners’ cognitive abilities.
Work with learners and their families to understand each individual’s learning profile and need, and to incorporate best practices that enhance learning ability.
Stay up-to-date on medical, psychological, and educational findings about ideal learning conditions and appropriate interventions.
5+ years’ experience and credentials in neuro/emotion science or in medically informed education
Experience implementing and monitoring biological, pharmaceutical, emotional, and social interventions for learning difficulties
Experience working with youth who take non-traditional approaches to learning
Deep understanding of medically informed education laws and regulations and strict adherence to them
